Jacksonville Hotel Near Regency Square

We did not eat breakfast; the location was great. When I first went into the lobby, no one was at reception, so I found the women's bathroom to use....the toilet was covered in vomit, and no toilet paper. the a/c in our room kept me up all night, sounding like a jet taking off...worst. the the bathroom was dusty and the carpet in front of our room looked like the vacuum had dumped its load.

Hotel was full due to bus trip people were stuck there, so they hung out in breakfast area, so there weren't any seats available for us to sit, so my husband and I just went out for breakfast. Would have been kind of the bus people to be offered a conference room so they could play there games. I felt bad for them. Hotel was great otherwise, I will stay there again if I need to

Location was good - quiet area - A/C worked well - liked the setting where the fan runs on "constant".

The location was in a very good spot. It was easy to get to Walmart and food spot. We caught an Uber from the site for our cruise and was charged a small fee to leave our personal vehicle. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful which made our stay to feel like we were at home with services.

The coffee was delicious. The cookies were delicious also.

Antney was welcoming and friendly. He made sure I knew all the details as I was checking in late in the night.

Being a Hilton’s member, I’m very disappointed in your lack of communication. The hotel room you had for me was awful. It was dirty and had a terrible odor. I didn’t stay there and had to find other accommodations. I will never stay in another Hilton again. Terrible experience and you charged me for it.

Perfect location from the cruise port make a another reservations when I go on another cruise from that location cuz it's closest to the cruise port

This motel was loaded down with germs i think because there is no windows to air it out so u may want to some how air this motel out and wash everything and do a deep cleaning!

Everything!! The employees are very nice, the hotel and the amenities are good and they offered a very nice free breakfast.
